Each product has its own MOQ, shown on its product page. If you need a smaller quantity, send a quote request and our team will look at options, including grouping orders with other buyers.
Shipping and import costs depend on the destination country. Our team confirms the exact amounts before you pay, and we handle all customs paperwork and clearance for you.
You can pay with Mobile Money — Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money and Wave — directly in FCFA, as well as by card or bank transfer. For large B2B orders we offer milestone payment plans (deposit on order, balance on shipment).
Yes. Every order goes through our quality control before shipping. We inspect products against your specifications, check for defects and provide a QC report with photos — at no extra cost.
